Well, when the choice is between Mind Control or Time Walk, good luck making a choice that’s bad for your opponent! Expropriate – especially when copied – is the sort of card that makes some players want to flip the table, because they’re forced to choose between an opponent taking a bunch of extra turns or stealing the best permanents at the table. Even at nine mana, resolving an Expropriate feels absolutely busted – but is, of course, extremely fun.
